We have been working with an amazing group of collaborators on Access to Care, a unique statewide health needs assessment research initiative led by Community First. The survey runs for the duration of the month of April 2022. You can use either link to do the survey online. The first one will give you more information about the project if you are interested.
It’s very important that the voices our communities are heard! Please encourage your friends, family members, co-workers, students, employees, partners, clients, etc. to complete the survey, it doesn't take too long and is extremely important.

Access to Care is a project by Community First with a simple goal: better understand what our Hawaii islands community's needs to improve our health.
