Care on Lānaʻi is personal.
At Lānaʻi Kināʻole, we provide home health services with care, respect, and compassion for the people and families who trust us.
Because we live and work in this community, relationships matter to us. We take the time to listen, show up consistently, and care for each person with dignity at every stage of life.
For us, care is about more than medical support. It’s about helping people stay comfortable, connected, and supported in the place they know best - home.
Every home we enter is a privilege, and we are grateful to serve our Lānaʻi community in this way.
Our Work in the Community
We believe caring for our community goes beyond the services we provide in the home.
Throughout the year, we take part in community events, outreach efforts, and our annual health fair to help connect residents with health information, services, and resources.
We also welcome visiting healthcare providers into our office so they can offer outpatient services here on Lānaʻi and help make care more accessible for our community.
As a community-based nonprofit organization, we remain committed to supporting the health and wellbeing of Lānaʻi through connection, collaboration, and compassionate care.
