Community Resources

We are proud to support and collaborate on a variety of community resources that help strengthen the health and well-being of Lānaʻi residents. The resources below highlight some of the initiatives we are involved with.

ERMAT

Through our partnership with Pūlama Ka Heke, we help coordinate the Essential Rural Medical Air Transport (ERMAT) program on Lānaʻi.

The program helps eligible residents access assistance for off-island medical travel when needed care is not available on Lānaʻi. A referral from your Primary Care Provider (PCP) is required.

Lānaʻi Cancer Fund

Lānaʻi Kināʻole provides administrative support for the Lānaʻi Cancer Fund, including assistance with applications and access to cancer support resources. The fund helps support eligible residents facing cancer-related medical and travel expenses.

Equipment Lending

We help provide access to durable medical equipment (DME) for Lānaʻi residents at no cost based on availability. Available equipment may include wheelchairs, walkers, shower chairs, bedside commodes, and other assistive equipment for temporary or long-term use.
